we have to restore some dashboard pages from backup catalog folder
Follow the archive unarchive procedure as defined in the library document. you can swap the pages as required.

You have a backup procedure and not a restore one?
There isn't such a thing as a catalog deployment process because it all depends on how you do your backup in the first place: a unique single meaning of catalog backup doesn't exist, mainly in 12c.
