OBIEE NQSError 43113 - Both CNF and DNF conversions are failed

We are using OBIEE 12.2.1.4 sourcing data from Essbase.

We get the following error when in a pivot we add a total in the Rows section:

Code 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE_HY000] [NQSError 10058] A general error has occurred.

Code 4113. [NQSError 43113] Message returned from OBIS. Both CNF and DNF conversions are failed (HY000).

Any suggestions where the problem may be?
