Please Let me know how can I achieve responsive dashboard designs in OBIEE latest version. Also, use of media queries in OBIEE.

I fully agree with Thomas. Read and integrate Robin's presentation. Trying to get achieve "responsive dashboard design" is like achieve a fast racing car by thinking about a cool paint job. Dashboard design is the very last point that has anything to do with responsiveness.
