cant archive a data model from oracle cloud 12

i create my data model and report on bi publisher and i try to download for migrate to other instance but i cant.

The "archive" and "unarchive" button doesn't appear, what can i do ?

Hi  Kindly follow the steps as mentioned images.

step1 : For this screen the archive and unarchive options are not available

Step2 : In BI screen click administrator and follow the below steps.

Step3 : Click Manage privilege

Step 4 :Under catalog click archive and unarchive and do the changes as below screens

Step 5 : - Now we can see the option of archive and unarchive

Not able to attach the document.
