Hi All,
We have just upgraded to Oracle Business Intelligence 12.2.1.2.0 version from Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.9.3. So report which is greater than 1MB file is not showing any data in server location but the same is showing data in email attachment and the same is working in 11g but not working in 12C.
Can you please help how we can see the data in the server location.

Thanks for including proper version numbers in this post!
Still the question is a bit unclear but I am going to go with the interpretation "data doesn't show in Answers" but "it works when sent via an Agent". This points to a badly configured instanceconfig.xml
Alas the key is "what exactly are you talking about"? Most people say "Report" but mean "analysis", so hence the assumption above. Or do you actually mean "Report" as in proper BI Publisher "Report" object?
Please describe your issue clearly.

Once more: be precise. Agents only deliver "Analyses", "Dashboard Pages" or "Briefing Books". Agents do not deliver "Reports". "Reports" mean BI Publisher and not OBIEE.

How you do ftp it? Is it a BIP data model with FTP bursting options? https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E28280_01/bi.1111/e22258/add_burst_def.htm#BIPDM344
Or have you written some code to invoke as an action in an OBIEE Agent?
It's hard to help if the problem description is not precise.
