The scripting architecture allows for custom R or Python scripts to be wrapped as XML files describing the inputs and outputs. These scripts can be loaded into / registered with Oracle Analytics and are then callable like any other standard analytic function through a generic EVALUATE_SCRIPT ("Scriptname", "parameter name and parameter value list") function.

Sorry Brendan but I wouldn't consider this feature as current capability but desired feature.
The video about OAC applies only to OAC-classic. In the current OAC managed by Oracle there is no way to enable the execution of R or Python scripts.
The other links apply to DV Desktop, not to the web tool.
All our customers ask for this feature.

I completely agree with Begoña. Please bring back applying custom R script features in OAC (Oracle Managed). This is a huge benefit and a game-changer.

This is not a current capability from OAC standpoint. This feature has been taken-out.
