How to enable Query DBMS option in OBIEE 12C RPD in Admin Tool

We have recently upgraded to OBIEE12c from OBIEE11g, When we open the RPD in online or Offline we see Query DBMS as disabled in Features of database. But we see the same option enabled in OBIEE 11G Default.

Please can you let us know if any steps are required to enable it.

    Is there something different between the 2 database objects (and connection pools) in the 2 versions? A different database type? A different connection pool? A different way to identify the database in the connection pool?

    Thanks for the response.

    Every thing is same in both the RPD's, database objects (and connection pools). Only difference is 11g/12C Client tools, rest all remains same.

    Also if we change the Isolation level in Connection pool, for example if the Isolation level is marked as 'Dirty read' or 'Default' (Basically if we change it to something else than existing) then its getting disabled and even if we try to restore it to defaults its not working.
