How to display the comments for moving mouse to column in report?

Hi Experts,

It is one requirement for displaying the comments when customers move mouse to column in report. Is it possible in OBIEE 11.1.1.7.XXX?

I try to input the descriptions in presentation layer in RPD, but it will show the information in subject area, not report.
