Has anyone tried to breakdown the start.cmd in OBIEE 12c to Windows Services.   Considering the start.cmd handles all the processes and there is no more opmnctl.  I am hesitant to use the installSvc.cmd and InstallManagedSvc.cmd etc.. commands. I am also sure there must be an order and delay needed. I cant find good documentation for 12.2.1.2 I can only find 11g.
