  • Good you got what you looked for.

So like the other, would be cool if you can close the thread as that's what actually help others (as they generally are close because provided a useful information). For now it is This question is Not Answered.

    Hi Gianni,

Well, I understood that the tool Analytics does not allow me to do what I was asking for, but you answered my question.

So, how can I convey that  Analytics does not allow us to do what I wanted as I asked for, in this community tool?

How can I close this? I do not know how.

    Thanks again.

You do that by marking the replies as "correct" or "helpful" : "correct" being the one giving the answer to the question (a unique one), "helpful" being all the replies providing something helpful (like partial answers or things like that).

Actually you closed the thread "assumed answered", if somebody open it he doesn't find a solution (which is displayed on the top right after the question) and he will probably not spend time reading the thread as it's just "assumed answered".

Here the answer is there, if the tool can't do what you asked it's a fact, it's the answer ...

Ok, Gianni, I will do that, just allow me some time, because I just see the "helpful" option, I do not see the "Correct" option, Maybe changing the configuration of the language (As you can see this is in Spanish), I am not sure, I have to look into this.

    Thanks

And, in actions, I did not see more options.
