Maybe would be better if make some prompts mandatory or at least set default values for some of your prompts as apparently by default there is little or no filter and so you return too many data and exceeding the maximum allowed number.

You can of course increase these limits in the configuration of OBIEE, but it's probably not the best idea (nobody will ever find an interesting info in a page with thousands of rows or sections etc.
