Unable to login into analytics after rpd uploaded in OBIEE12c

After uploaded RPD , I am unable to login into analytics with weblogic user it throwing authentication error(An error occurred during authentication. Try again later or contact your system administrator.) but able to login em,console and publisher are working fine.

Is that the only error? what happens if you retry the red upload?

No error when i upload RPD, it was successful.

Did you try restarting the whole stack?
is bi_server1 (the managed server) up& running?
can you connect to the RPD in online mode?

below is the error screenshot. i am not able to connect RPD in online mode. when i install with default sample RPD and Webcatlog it was working fine . when i upload Custom RPD and Web catalog , i got the following error.

Is the RPD consistent? No errors? can you first just upload only the RPD (laving the catalog out) and then check if the system is working?

What exact version are you using? Did you restart your BI services as FTisiot suggested and see if all the services are running?
FYI, the error, "The connection with Cluster Controller ::ffff: <IPAddress>:63633 was lost." is a defect according to Oracle Support. They said to ignore it.

yes i have restated all the Services ,even i am able to login RPD in Online mode. below is the error i am getting when i try to login to analytics.

What error do you see in obis1-diagnostic.log when you try to login?
can you also check obips1 sawlog ?
