Yes , I am talking about Oracle BI.Here is the version number: 11.1.1.7.0

Ok my fault I should have been clearer with and asked "Are you trying to move things between two servers running the same version?".
In General: If you are moving between the same versions then you can use the "Archive" functionality of the normal front-end or catalog manager
BUT: This is ONE way of doing at and this only moves subsets - not the whole catalog.
Key question remains: What are you exactly trying to achieve? What is your use case? Migration? Deployment? If yes, what do you want to move?
And please be specific rather than writing one-liners. It's easier to answer precise questions than having to ask 500 questions from our side.
