S_NQ_ACCT is not inserted after done for Setting Up Usage Tracking in Oracle BI 11g

Hi All,
Anyone facing the same issue as title above?
I have followed all the single steps in http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/obe/fmw/bi/bi1116/ut/ut.html .However, records are not inserted to the S_NQ_ACCT.
Anyone share some ideas/experience on enabling usage tracking?
Kim

Hi,
Do you still have a question? Because you marked your thread as "This question is Assumed Answered.", so it's a bit confusing ...
PS: if you found yourself the answer to your question would be nice if you post it back as this is a community forum (where people give and not only take)

Not sure why it is changed to Assumed Answered.
Still having the issue.

Have you checked the NQServer.log? It may be the case that's something was correctly configured and you'll most likely find information there that may guide you to the issue.

Hi
Can you check your NQSConfig.INI file whether its reflecting the settings updated with System MBean Browser. ??

Kim,
1.) Which "11g" version?
2.) Are you sure the NQSConfig.ini contains the correct info?
3.) Are you sure the RPD contains the correct metadata model?
4.) Are you sure the database has the correct structure? (There were model changes in the 11g family)

Hi, I found the issue. It is due to wrong table structure for S_NQ_ACCT.
Corrected and working fine now.
