    Can you try to restart the component and check the logs while it's restarting?

    Could it be due to a bug as you mentioned @Christian Berg?? Cause i have the base 12c release aka 12.2.1.0.0 ...

    Uuugh yeah that's potentially bug 22090980 which is addressed by patch 22090980 - non-public so you can't just go to MOS and read it!

    It's fixed in 12.2.1.1.0 and going forward. For the base release you'd need to request the patch and install it although Oracle will most likely echo me in this: better upgrade to 12.2.1.2.0 immediately instead of just patching. There has been a lot of work done in the meantime.
