There might be a corruption inside RPD which is causing this. Can you try to upload the empty repository, which came up with the installation named liverpd.rpd and see if you still face the login issue?
If not, then there is a problem with your RPD, which needs to be fixed.

I have reverted to sample RPD but not able to login to OBIEE application, and also deployed Empty Repository still the same issue.
