    Yes you can. You can hide a column from its column properties. Providing a bit more information will be helpful to identify your exact requirement.

    I just wanna sort my report with a column  , and hide it at the same time ! ( where exactly can i hide from column property ?  )

    It should be in the second tab in your screenshot. Something like below, I have access to only  11g version now. But you should be able to find it easily.
