The DSN what you are using is pointing to Freshly installed environment?

Hi Sandesh,
Since you are able to access analytics application after deploying new 11.1.1.9.0 RPD, could you check below points to rule out listed possible case:
a) Check if firewall is enabled on your Windows Client machine from which you are trying to access RPD in Online Mode?
b) Check if the Data Source created to open RPD in Online mode has correct BI Server(OBIS1) Port defined? You ca verify correct port from following location in EM Farm_<DOMAIN NAME> -->Business Intelligence-->coreapplication-->Availability Tab-->Expand BI Servers

Just adding a picture of what Srini was referring to, make sure your windows client ODBC DSN (used to connect to OBIEE server from Admin tool) is using the correct server details.

Problem got resolved now.
I have changed in Server from Ip address to Host name in Oracle BI Server DSN Configuration.
Rest Everything I kept same. Luck turned out to be good this time!
