in Oracle Business Intelligence Applications

On starting OBI 12c from bitools/bin/start.cmd in windows 10 giving error:

Error found in logs inside domain_home/servers/obips1/logs/obips1.out

errCode:28000 errSQLStateBuf:HY000 errMsg:[Oracle DataDirect][ODBC Oracle Wire Protocol driver][Oracle]ORA-28000: the account is locked

errCode:0 errSQLStateBuf:08003 errMsg:[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Connection not open

errCode:28000 errSQLStateBuf:HY000 errMsg:[Oracle DataDirect][ODBC Oracle Wire Protocol driver][Oracle]ORA-28000: the account is locked

errCode:0 errSQLStateBuf:08003 errMsg:[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Connection not open
