Oracle Database Vault certification for OBIEE

Hi Folks :-)

I am looking for info about Oracle Database Vault certifications. Does anybody know if Oracle Database Vault is certified for Oracle Business Intelligence EE?

    Hi,

    Based on what Oracle says:

    Oracle Database Vault implements powerful security controls within Oracle Database 12c.

    So in the end it's a Database 12c, which is supported.

    Vault apparently it's a kind of "layer on top" to give you extra control on security etc., but from a "SELECT ...." point of view, which is what OBIEE does, it's still an Oracle Database 12c.

    There is no reference to "vault" in the certification matrix, so I would say "yes" because of being a database 12c.
