OBI 11g - Initializing obis1

Is the component registration for OBIS in OPMN messed up? I.e. have you tried deregistering and reregistering it?

I tried everything guys thank you so much.

I finally found the error. It was the RPD published, it was wrong. We changed the rpd and each component started up fine.
