Is the component registration for OBIS in OPMN messed up? I.e. have you tried deregistering and reregistering it?

How can I do that ? reregistering and deregistering it?

https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23943_01/doc.1111/e14007/opmnctl.htm#ASPMN135
But do some checks and especially BACKUPS first before going off to "deletecomponent"

So, you advice that delete the component that does not initiate and then register it again?

Found this doc in Oracle support. May be it helps.
Oracle Support Document 1546358.1 (OBIEE 11g: Error:"OPMN.queryProcessStatus failed with the following exception" BIServer Component ( Coreapplication_obis1 ) does not Start after a Reboot and Status Shows as Stop). https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=1546358.1

I tried everything guys thank you so much.
I finally found the error. It was the RPD published, it was wrong. We changed the rpd and each component started up fine.
THANK YOU

Sometimes the most blindingly obvious answer is the right one and hence discounted because TOO obvious
