I have an data issue when useing custom Level-based Hierarchies

There is no data issue when I run the report without custom Level-based Hierarchies. But after adding custom level-based hierarchies to dimension , the data shown wrong data as below screenshot .

What could be the reasons for this issue?

Ensure that you have defined unique keys at each level in your custom hierarchy.
