OBIEE 12c - Non-suported languages OOTB

Hi,

It looks as though OBIEE does not support some languages out-of-the -box (OOTB) i.e. (bg - Bulgarian,et - Estonian,lt - Lithuanian,lv - Lativian, sl - Slovene, sr - Serbian). I'm using the latest version (12.2.1.2.0).

Is it possible to add support for these languages?  and is there any documentation for the process?

    The languages are all referenced in the languagenames.xml so adding the would "simply" be a matter of cloning an existing language folder like "l_en" and translating the strings.

    lol, I might have to ;-)

    I copied the l_en folder to l_bg.  Once I change the browser locale to Bulgarian the sign in page correctly sets to Bulgarian as the language,  but on loading the BI Home page I get the following error 'Catalog getLocalized does not understand locale .'

    Any ideas?

    I see a formal request logged in Oracle Bugdb 22888762 for adding unsupported languages.
