Not able to start obips on Cluster server

Hello,

We are using Oracle BIEE 12.2.1.2 on Windows Server 2012 R2, and have horizontally scaled out the server.

When we start BI components using start.cmd -i obis1.obips1,obisch1,obiccs1,obijh1,obis2,obips2,obisch2,obiccs2,obijh2

or from EM (Start ALL), the command fails when starting obips2 ( presentation service of secondary server) and obis2.

And when we checked the secondary server, it shows 2-3 windows which displays "Oracle Business Intelligence has stopped working" and "nqsserver.exe has stopped working" , "nqsscheduler.exe has stopped working".

This APPCRASH happens only in secondary server.

Any solution on this issue?

    Get the logs for the OBIS, OBIPS and OBISCH components and post the pertinent error messages you find in them.
