    Hi Christian,

    Thanks for your reply. The issue was with the Linux server on which we installed the application, both app servers were not residing on the same subnet caused the issue. So we took new servers which are in the same subnet and installed the application on top of them now.  Presently we are not seeing the mentioned issue but seeing new issues now ... need your help.

    Now we are seeing intermittent blank pages when we click on our URL sometimes when we navigate between dashboard pages. I am attaching the screenshots here, Could you please check and guide us towards solution, please

    Like this page will run for hours and shows the blank page. We captured all the logs and we captured pstack files too. Unfortunately no clues from logs ... please let me know how can I send you the logs so that you can also review and help me out.
