OBIEE12c - 'Back' or 'Return" Function is Missing When Using Hierarchy in Chart

Hi Team
Greeting!
Has the issue/bug mentioned in "Doc ID 2053894.1" fixed in OBIEE 12c (if yes, in which version) ? Could you gives us some document/link on this?
We are facing similar issue in current OBIEE version: 11.1.17.150120 (Build 150111.1659 64-Bit). We see "back" link in only last level of hierarchy report. When we roll 1 level up , we only get to see "return" link and there is no "back" link on it.
In Addition to this, I have following question regarding "Criteria Prompt" used in hierarchy report:-
1. why the "return" link takes me to default page? We expect it to take us to the first report which we ran by selecting the values in prompt.
2. has the "back" link issues also fixed when working with "Criteria Prompt"?
Please refer the attachment for more details about the issue.
Regards
Anand Arya

a) No, not fixed
b) You can't assumed that document is similar to your issue as it is very vague. Plus your own document talks about a totally different use case than the bug attached to the MOS Doc.

Because that's how it was designed and how it makes sense. "Return to start". So if you FORCE and in-line prompt then "Return to start" means re-initialize the whole thing including the in-line prompt.
You decided to use in-line prompts ... that's how they work. In-line, embedded in the analysis. That's why you have dashbaord prompts and in-line prompts which work differently.
