How to integrate maps in obiee 12c to create analysis with maps.
Is there any oracle documentation available with detailed steps and configuration settings?

"Maps" as in what? Oracle Spatial? Google Maps? D3js maps? Just plain MapViewer?
Yes there is documentation available but it might not fit sinc eyour question is not precise.

Something which is already available in OBIEE 12c package .. I guess Oracle map viewer .. that should be oracle spatial
I would like to know which is the best fit as I need to migrate reports from Tableau to OBIEE and Tableau has wonderful maps

That's not really a lot more precise. What have you looked at / researched so far? Are you looking for it in core OBI or in VA?
There are tons of posts out there on the subject so yo may want to read up to get an idea and then ask detail questions
