Is it possible to disable Global Header for a specific Dashboard using java scripts in OBIEE 12c?

Yes, it is possible.
OBIEE being a web app with some JS/CSS you can "touch" every single part of the page.
The question is more why and what's your target, because there are chances it isn't the best solution ...
