Hi Team,

I have installed OBIEEg in
OEL 6.8 machine & I was trying to start all BI services . But I can't start
all services as some coreapplications are showing same error:

[68008]
Scheduler Error: [nQSError: 93001] Can not load library, libons.so, due to,
libons.so: wrong ELF class: ELFclass64

I have surfed internet &
there were few suggestions :

     As libons.so file is present in
RCU folder & it is showing wrong ELF class file, try to install RCU 32bit
instead of RCU 64 bit.

I have tried those
suggestions.But still, I couldn't resolve this error.

    Thank You for the quick response. It is also having the same error code NQSError:93001. But I have got different error as follows:

    NQSError:93001 Can Not Load Library libons.so, Due To, libons.so: wrongELFclass File : ELFclass64

    I have referred the internet that , wrong ELFclass File is related with 64 bit, 32 bit stuffs.. I have tried that one. But it is not working for me.

    Hi,

    During the install all the requirements were fine? all the pre-install checks passed without any warning on missing libraries or things like that?

    If not wrong ELF is one of those requiring both 32 and 64bits versions installed on your server. So check which one you have and install the other one in case.

    (but this is actually one of the things the installer check and complain about with a warning, which you can ignore, but you aren't supposed to ...)

    Hi Gianni,

    It was passing all the prerequisites & installation also done perfectly. During OBIEE configuration part, all the configurations are successful . But after AdminServer , ManagedServer creation by the installer, the services like BIServerComponent ,BIControllerComponent  weren't started.

    AdminServer , ManagedServers are running good. But the services deployed in the ManagedServer by the installer aren't started . Even I tried with opmnctl command.It wasn't working.

    So I can't get the OBIEE home page
