Problem while configuring R package for OBIEE 12c

Hello all,

I was trying to install R Package after installing R software into OBIEE 12c instance installed on windows box.

Got this below error

Proxy setting error.

I have set proxy=my default gateway(say for ex: 192.168.1.1:80) and tried with couple of different Ip addresses as well but no luck.

Even I tried executing RInstaller.bat install . Didn't work

Am confused now. Whether the problem is with Proxy ip or some other problem is affecting this.

Please help me out to fix this issue.

    this is not a easy task..  I have written an article about that is in spanish but come on google translator exists.. check the section to install R

    edit: I would recommend you to install R in Linux..  some blog tell windows is not suitable for R.

    Is there any way I can fix it and make it working in windows box. I have seen couple of blogs and followed but still not working.

    Getting the same error. I have tried changing default gateway and port in proxy but still getting the same error.

    "Ensure proxy.txt is updated with the proxy information before running the install or installpackages"

    Any help appriciated
