every-time user logins into the initial screen; the user gets blank screen but as soon he/she refreshes the page the home page appears...

    > We are using AD authentication

    > Login page comes loads faster

    > Chrome is the browser

    > Once the credentials are in,the analytics home page is blank

    > Once the user refreshes the page,the analytics homes loads up with no time.

    And all that on Siebel Analytics 7.0? Or OBI 10.1.3.2? Or OAC 17.4.1?

    A blank page is often not so blank ...

    Is the page really blank? What's the URL of the page? If you analyze with the developer tool the various redirect of the login process where does it stop?

    That's just few things you can look at and give you a better view of what you have in front of you

         will test on the same...load balancer might be the issue...
