Tell your customer he bought a tool which require to create a bunch of schemas. He doesn't have to question anything: the RCU tool create the schemas, the RCU tool drop the schemas, no human (manual) operation is required inside these schemas. They must not be seen as database schemas but just as a piece of the application. So "nothing to see here" in a way ...

If you or your customer insist then go the official way and ask Oracle through an SR. They will tell you the exact same thing plus one other: take your hands off of this, it's backend and you must not tamper with it or you violate your contract with Oracle.

For the records, the deleted post was something along this like:
My customer ask what and why are the permissions required on the various RCU schemas for OBIEE 12c. He was also asking, on behalf of his customer to describe every schema and what it was used for.
So a typical "please guys, it's Monday and I'm useless, do my work" and then he deletes the content of the post. He just did the same on test .
