AD Provider for OBIEE 12C

With OBIEE 12C, there are 2 new providers added to the list.
What is the correct order of these providers?
Trust Service Identity Asserter
DefaultAuthenticator
DefaultIdentityAsserter
DCIADProvider
DCIADProvider is the AD provider that couple of AD users are running into login failure.
Thanks!

The "Correct" order is the order YOUR environment should parse them. Which one is required? Which one is sfficient? Which one should win over the others?
Security is one of the most custom things when it comes to the local environment....or do you want to configure things like another company does it? Wouldn't make sense would it.
Edit: "are running into login failures" isn't a very good problem description. Please be precise.

Sorry, didn't realize this got posted twice, Sorry about that.
I'm not really looking for a new setup, but all of a sudden few AD users have started getting login error while other users from same domain and exact same setup are able to log in. None of the BI logs are showing any indication of the login attempt, so I'm kind of stuck. It does not look like BI server is even trying to connect to AD to try to authenticate the users, So looking for some pointers at what I can look at to troubleshoot this.
Thanks!
