I am getting the following error when OTBI agent completes. The agent completes but fails to send email to recipient.T

he current version is on OBIEE 11.1.1.9

The Agent, manish-test, has completed with warnings.

Eventually succeeded, but encountered and resolved errors...

Please suggest what maybe be causing this issue.

    Sounds more like a network issue - check with your local IT on firewalls etc would be my advice.

  • I'm with Robert : not OBIEE fault if your SMTP refuse emails.

    Double check the SMTP settings and ask the mailserver admin to have a check ...

    Can you ping the email server from your OBIEE server? That would be a good place to start - as everyone else has said, this doesn't look like an OBIEE issue.
