Pivot Table single "Grand Total" for multiple measures

Hello,

I have a Pivot Table with the layout shown in the screenshot

I'm trying to add a "Grand Total" not for each measure but a single "Grand Total"  (also shown the final output in the screenshot)

Is there any way to implement that?

Any help would be appreciated

    You've already clicked the SUM icon for your columns, so from your own screenshot....click the SUM icon for rows.
