This is the status I am seeing after starting opmn process.

    Solution that worked for me:

    1. Navigate to <biHOME>/orabi/fmw/instances/instance1/config/OPMN/opmn/states

    2.  Take a back up of all state files starting with 'p*' and then delete them.

    3. Then try restarting opmn.
