We are using OBIEE 12.2.1.3 and having an issue with localization. We have successfully localized one environment and can see the translations in the presentation layer when creating a new analysis, and on the reports.

Our issue is now we have migrated to another environment. The database table has all of the same content/structure and the connection pools in the RPD are correctly repointing to the new environment. When I check the data on the RPD physical layer it connects fine and I can see the translations. I have tested the variables and can see the translations there too. I have also checked all of the strings are externalised which they are.

Has anyone experienced this before and know of any reason why this may be happening?
