Unable to Download OBIEE 12c and ODI 12c from Oracle delivery

Hello

I need  to  download  OBIEE 12c  and  ODI 12c, I can  download  both of them  from Oracle technology network, When I  try to  download  them  from

Oracle delivery  (  http://edelivery.oracle.com/ )   I  always  get  the  error   Unable to  save  Please try again to save to  a different location, I get  this error

not matter I  used IE, Chrome and  select  different  folder  on  which  I have all the  permission granted.

I wonder if you could help me by answering the following questions:

1. What  could be  causing the  issue  reported. ....?

2. Is it  OBIEE  12c =  Oracle Business intelligence suit  extended  edition  12c....?

3.  My understanding is that licensed to be installed in production environment must be obtained from   http://edelivery.oracle.com/   Am i  right...?

The source (edelivery or OTN) doesn't matter : it's the same software, same binaries, same everything.

So take them from where you can.

OBIEE 12c I guess I always downloaded it from OTN just because on eDelivery it was too annoying to find it (because of the various namings of products etc.).

So go with the one you can get from OTN, it's 100% safe and fine (and ready for production).
