OBIEE 12c: Change Analysis editor standard layout

Hi,

We have many long named attributes in our OBI 12c subject areas. Every time, when we want to build new analysis or change something, we must expand the border of the subject area pane, so that all names can read without cutting.

I have searched for a setting in the CSS and JavaScript files, but without success.

Did anybody know where I could change this standard setting for the whole environment?

The same setting is important for the Save As popup.

    Hi Gerd,

    theoretically there is a place but i never tried finding it so far. typical german issue though

    I would just say it's more complicated than just "a place", it can be all over a bunch of places. Because the size of one impact the size of the other, it has some limits (min and max I would say) and then adapt based on the window size etc.

    It could be way more complicated than expected ...

    Thanks for your replies. That's what I thought. In some cases Oracle hide some settings and I do not know about that.

    No, not a setting but quite some places which control the buildup and rendering of the page...but as I said too much effort and never bothered doing it.
