Action link doesnot work in pivot table only in chrome

Hi

When the user clicks on action link on pivot table which navigates to another bi content , the action link doesn't work and doesn't do anything in chrome browser. but it works fine in all other browsers.

Chrome version : 63.0

OBIEE : 11.1.17.150120

WINDOWS OS :10

    Hi,

    You are using a 2015 patch with a browser of 2018, browser which has quite many changes in the javascript management at every release to make it faster etc.

    So if Chrome is the only one not working you are just facing an incompatibility.

    You would need to at least apply the 171017 bundle patch hoping it will fix it as something which has been fixed in the 3 years of delay your OBIEE has.

    More in general at this point in time you better start planning on an upgrade of OBIEE as the end of support is about to come (standard error correction support for 11.1.1.7 and 11.1.1.9 is end of 2018, after than time you would need to buy extended support and move to 11.1.1.9).

    Does the content open in a popup window in the other browsers? If yes, then check your popup blocker settings in chrome.

    I have the same issue. My pivot table is "heavy" in content. Works fine in other browsers.

    Obiee = 12c.3

    Windows = 10 (64)

    Chrome = Version 66.0.3359.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)
