When i schedule an agent and add recipients more than one, agent sent mail to one random recipient and fail to deliver the same to rest. Below is the error message.

Working in OAC environment,  Version : Oracle Business Intelligence 12.2.4.0.0

I have tried both the option by adding mail ID's and by adding Users in the recipients list, Agents runs with out issue if the recipient list is ONE.

Eventually succeeded, but encountered and resolved errors...

Number of skipped deliveries: 2 of 3

    AgentID: /shared/Maintenance /Agents/SP Sell-To Weekly Forecast

Warning: Recipient helan.xxxxx@xxxxxx.com rejected by the mail server 4.5.3 Too many recipients (AS780090) [BN3NAM01FT023.eop-nam01.prod.protection.outlook.com]Recipient xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.com rejected by the mail server 4.5.3 Too many recipients (AS780090) [BN3NAM01FT023.eop-nam01.prod.protection.outlook.com]

Thanks, Helan

Your error is at the outlook end of the solution, not OBIEE, my best advice is work with your local e-mail administrator to resolve.

Though you might find this useful; -

Sounds like there's an email reputation issue and the ISP doesn't want to admit that they've been painted with the tar brush.  You might want to check:

    the ISP's domain reputation,

    your domain reputation,

    your ISP's IP block reputation,

    your assigned address reputation

at spamhaus.org, spamcop.net, abuseat.org, uceprotect.net and barracudacentral.org.  If something turns up, that's ammo you can use against the ISP.

You might consider sending through an outgoing SMTP relay such as smtp2go.com

Robert, I forgot to mention. The same setup(mail settings) is working fine in another OAC instance.

    Hi,

if all things are the same then the result should be the same, whatever is different must be the worth exploring, and really do not see how the problem can be at the OBIEE end...
