Google Chrome unable to open action links

We have a rather large report on a page (100 rows). We have an action link which opens a new page with a set of graphs corresponding to to time period, geographic location and 3 metrics. When I click the action link in Chrome, nothing happens. No error message, no system change. It's as if you click on an inert part of the page. If I click the same action link in Firefox I am taken to the correct page.
Any tips on how to facilitate this action in Chrome?

Did you check that the popup blocker is not causing the issue?
Please provide versions of OBIEE,chrome and the OS you are using which is important sorting out incompatibility issues.

Thanks Martin - I've provided the information below.
This seems to be an issue in Chrome when action links are embedded in large tables. In smaller tables (less than 50 rows x 10-20 columns), the action links work well.
OBIEE: 12c 12.2.1.3.0
Chrome: Version 66.0.3359.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
Pop Up Blocker does not cause the issue.

Please check the certification matrix to see which browser versions are supported: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=531603553693860&id=1109260.1
Other that that I would advise you to log an SR with oracle.
