Oracle BI 12c Configuration Error : Failed With Exit value 3

Hi All,

I was trying to configure the Oracle Bi 12c ( version 12.2.1.2.0) on Windows x64 and got the following error

in the Start all Servers Stage.

I tried again several times using both Oracle and IBM DB2 for creating the repository but also Failed,

After inspecting the Log file in the specified path i got this

logfile1 image.jpg

after inspecting the log file  of  the Specified Server Location in

C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\user_projects\domains\bi\servers\obips1\logs

I Found this;
