obips1 failed to start
I just have finished the new obiee 12.2.1.2 installation ..
OS-windows server 2008 x64
DB -Oracle 12cR2
fmw-12.2.1.2
While i was doing configuration... I encountered an error that cannot start BI servers .. cannot start sawserver.exe .. and I have to close the program , here is the status
When I tried to start the ps
from event viewer..
Is it that my dlls are corrupted.. any ideas how I can fix this?

Check the certification matrix: Oracle Fusion Middleware Supported System Configurations
Windows 2008 is NOT supported.
It's pointless for you to continue with this OS since every issue you face, every problem will be your own problem and you won't get any help or support.

Thanks Cris.. I a;ways check these and this time too I checked but only for Database and fmw infra, never released 2008 is outdated now /.

I still get the same error.. looks like the problem is something else..

Okay issue was with database .. I was using database 12.2 .0.x which is not supported.. when I used 12.1.0.xx it worked.
How I know ?? Check the sawserver logs and there it will list out driver errors.
