Character Map (Char Map) Symbols are not showing to PDF output (OBIEE 12c Analysis)

Hi,
We have created an analysis, where we used Character Map symbols ▲ ( U+25B2 is a Unicode Value), ▼ (U+25BC). We have used from Arial Font, These symbols are showing in the analysis but not showing in the PDF export.
Let me know, how to get these symbols in the PDF also in the OBIEE 12c analysis

Do you have all the necessary fonts installed?

Problem is solved by placing the "Fonts" Folder in the below OBIEE12c location. After restarting it is working
<Oracle_Home>/bi/common.
