how can we override OBIEE error message?
Example:
Requirement: If any report is running more then specified time(eg:20 minutes) then that report should cancel automatically.
I have configured this settings in OBIEE RPD under Identity tab and enabled the time.
Now under analytics page, if any report is running more than 20 min then it's giving below error.
State: HY000. Code: 60009. [nQSError: 60009] The user request exceeded the maximum query governing execution time.
Please have your System Administrator look at the log for more details on this error. (HY000)
This is expected and now I want to override above error message like "This report is running from more than 20 minutes, so cancelled the report" (user understandable format).
Can anybody help me where I should configure this?
TIA,

At the moment the only way to change this is to change the error message itself in the control files and that means that EVERY max query execution error would say "20 minutes" - no matter what source and how that source is configured.
Very bad idea.

Hi Berg,
Thanks for reply.
Could you please explain the control file configuration process in detail..
