Problem with ACTION LINK for CASE statement in JOINED Analysis
Hello: well, this is the first time I make a discussion and I do it because I have a problem using OBIEE 11...
I have an analysis involving two data: Sales and Refunds, in a JOIN. I use the Offices data in two views: Sales and Refunds at Offices level and Salesmen level, and I move from one level to other using Action Links, using the offices for this action. Until here all is A-OK.
The problem comes when I use a radio button which lets me change office list between Commercial and Transport. There is a Presentation Variable in the radio button that is in a CASE statement at the offices's formula, so I can take Offices from Commercial Zones and Transport Zones changing the radio button option. But, when I try to use the action links I can´t filter by office, the system shows me all of them.
Summarizing, my problem is: Why can´t I filter offices with action links under these circumstances?... I hope I have been clear in my writing.
Regards

I talked to a work mate about the situation and he suggested me that the best option is to create two analysis: one for Commercial Offices and other for Transport Offices. After that, create another analysis with an office list (any of the two) and use it as a condition to make appear one of the offices list.
Thank you anyways.
