Am using OBIEE 11g. I have an Agent which sends out custom reports to a dynamic list of users.
Department Admin wants to know who all received this email.
Is there a way I send a CC of each email to the admin email?

Hi,
If the admin want to know who received the email it isn't by being in CC that he will knows. Receiving the CC copy doesn't mean the mail server lost the copy for the real user.
So for that kind of "analysis", getting a list of people receiving it, you maybe want to look at the jobs logs as they will list the receivers.

You can also have a look at Job Manager (installed with the Admin tool) if you prefer to not have to find things in the tables.
Stupid question, why not make sure that the dynamic list always includes the admin e-mail account(s)?
Or better yet, get the e-mail administrator to set you up an account for the purpose and give your admins proxy rights to it so they can look when they need to check.

I scheduled the report in OTBI and the agent was run successfully. However, I do not receive the report after the run in my inbox. The addresses are properly recorded, and the report is in an excel format and saved as a pivot table in otbi. What can be the cause?
