Hi i am using OBIEE

I have trouble uploading image, it says that image must be .png, .jpeg... , my image is .png and it still wont upload it?

Has anyone encountered this issue?

It is the OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0

Problem occurs when i drag Link or image from dashboard objects to Dashboard and then try to upload . png image.

Can you share screenshots of what you're actually doing/errors as this should just work. Can you open your png images in a picture editor?

I used .jpeg instead, i dont have time currently, i will be back to this issue in couple of days.
