I am new to OBIEE and today I face an issue. A user came to me and he has forgotten his password to log in to OBIEE. I want to change/ reset its password.
where can i do that from?

Hi Farrukh,
It all depends where the user comes from.
You have a chance it is stored in the Weblogic internal LDAP, in that case log into the Weblogic Admin console, go in the security and search for the user. If you find it, you can then change the password there directly.
If you can't find it (or can't change the password) it means the user comes from an external provider. In this case identify which provider and act accordingly (if it's an LDAP or Active Directory, if it's a database etc.).
Did you manage to find where to reset the password?

To pass the authentication, you could change/reset the password where it is created and stored in.
If it is stored in a database you could change there, if it is stored in LDAP you could change it there.

I scheduled the report in OTBI and the agent was run successfully. However, I do not receive the report after the run in my inbox. The addresses are properly recorded, and the report is in an excel format and saved as a pivot table in otbi. What can be the cause?
